CANCELLATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel after payment is made, but before we can ship, you will receive a refund minus 5% to cover our transaction costs.
Orders refused at delivery will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover our cost of shipping and additional fees.
If you decide to cancel after delivery, the REFUND/EXCHANGE policy listed below will be followed.
We have a 30 day cancellation/refund policy in which the item can be returned in new, original packing for a refund minus 20% restocking fee.

We stand behind our products and customer service 100%.
Insurance is highly recommended for larger items such as helicopters, airplanes and buggies. Please purchase shipping insurance to protect you against any damage resulting from mishandling your items. If insurance is not purchased and your item arrives damaged, we will be more then happy to provide parts at our cost, what we pay for the items. If you do purchase shipping insurance, we will help you file a claim to recover any damage during shipping.
If you receive an item and decide you no longer want it, you can return it for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee which covers our cost of shipping and handling. The item must be 100% brand new as received and in original packaging. We cannot refund a used item. The item will then be refunded based on our cost to repair the item to new condition.
If you receive an item defective, please let us know within 7 days of receipt the problem, we will be more then happy to exchnage the defective part for you, simply return the defective part, we will swap it out.
